We want every purchase to be a pleasant experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt.


Terms & Conditions

  • Products must be intact, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or show signs of damage, unless they are defective.
  • For hygiene reasons, products without the original safety seal cannot be returned.

Pack the product in its original condition together with the purchase receipt.

Return Costs

  • If the product is defective or was sent by mistake, return shipping costs are covered by our store.
  • In all other cases, return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If you use our partner courier, the cost is €3, which will be deducted from your refund (no payment to the courier is required).

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days from the moment we receive and check the returned product.
  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method you originally selected (e.g. card, bank transfer).

Product Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not available. If you would like a different product, please return the item following the return procedure and place a new order with the product of your choice.


Bonus Program (Pretty Points)

In case of product returns, any points earned from the purchase will be cancelled.

If you redeemed points during the purchase, the equivalent value will be deducted from your refund.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
